Understanding the Friction Points
Creative freelancers and boutique agencies lose hours every week consolidating feedback. Clients leave vague notes across messaging apps, approve revisions verbally without formal documentation, and delay final payments. Existing enterprise tools like Frame.io solve video feedback but ignore invoicing, client billing, and zero-friction client access.
Design Decisions & Information Architecture
Rather than overwhelming creative professionals with unnecessary ceremony, the focus was placed on speed, clarity, and removing client friction. Every interaction model was stress-tested against real-world video review and client approval behavior.

Frame-accurate scrubbing with visual pins on the timeline. Clients leave notes directly synced to specific frames.
Passwordless Client Portals
Clients preview work and leave feedback instantly via unique tokens, eliminating sign-up drop-offs.
Milestone Sign-Offs
One-click approval transitions project states from 'In Review' to 'Approved' with formal audit timestamps.
Automated Billing & Handover
High-resolution asset downloads are safely locked until milestone invoices are settled on the same page.
Translating Design into Shipped Code
Being able to code what I design allows for rapid validation of micro-interactions, responsive edge cases, and state transitions that Figma prototypes cannot simulate.

UX & INTERACTION ARCHITECTURE
Designed a zero-friction client experience: passwordless access, custom HLS video scrubbing with timestamped annotations, and clear approval checkpoints.
DESIGN SYSTEM & FIGMA TOKENS
Created a minimalist design system prioritizing clarity and density. Established color, typography, and component tokens built for rapid implementation.
FRONTEND & PRODUCT ENGINEERING
Implemented the full user interface directly with React, TypeScript, and modern Cloudflare & Supabase infrastructure, bridging design decisions to shipped code.
