A rapid-turnaround website designed and developed for the Vice Chancellors Ghana (VCG) Biennial Conference on Higher Education. The project required delivering a fully functional, highly professional event platform in just 3 days.

Vice Chancellors Ghana needed a dedicated conference website to handle registrations, showcase the speaker lineup, and provide event details for their 2026 Biennial Conference. The catch? The website needed to be fully designed, developed, and deployed in exactly 3 days to meet their urgent marketing schedule.
I adopted an agile, high-speed development workflow to meet the aggressive deadline. By prioritizing clean UX, I built a highly responsive platform that efficiently handles attendee registration and beautifully presents the conference's theme on Educational Leadership and Governance.

EMERGENCY PLANNING
Immediately mapped out the essential site architecture, focusing on the registration flow and speaker showcase to ensure all critical requirements were met.
